The people trying to find out how to create extraordinary products seem to _need_ to think in the most complicated and often absurd ways. Perhaps that's the problem.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you want to create extraordinary products, don't think too much, or analyze too much, or try to understand too much.
